Tribal Elder Care Coordinator
The Tribal Elder Care Coordinator (TECC) is part of a multidisciplinary team who serves as the bridge between tribal elder services and community-based services. The TECC will work to provide intensive services to tribal elders ages 55 & older and persons with disabilities under 55.
Essential functions of this position include recruiting, coordinating, and
managing cultural and spiritual contractors living throughout the great plains region and
developing and implementing various cultural programs for NATIVE, Inc.’s “new” Culture and Language Center (C&LC). This position coordinates culture for Native Americans in urban areas within North Dakota. C&LC provides a statewide platform for Native Americans and mainstream society to learn about tribal culture, heritage, and traditions of the Great Plains Indians.
Community Referral/Navigation Coordinator
Essential functions of this position include intake, knowledge of statewide resources, conduct needs analysis and assists individuals through the navigation and coordination of identified services and resources. High level of needs includes social support, housing, and workforce development services.
