The Native American Development Center (NADC) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to complete a feasibility study for a business incubator located in Bismarck, North Dakota that will have a priority of serving minority owned small businesses. The feasibility study will be leveraged in future planning to assist and support the minority businesses and entrepreneurs within the Bismarck metro area.

May 2nd, 2022 Contract Award Announced & Kick-Off
